TurboCut® series of straight oils offers a complete line of products to be used in neat form for a variety of cutting and grinding applications such as honing, broaching, hobbing, gun drilling, form grinding, high speed sawing, lapping, and conventional machining. TurboCut® oils reduce misting and resist oxidation making them ideal for both muti-spindle and swiss style screw machines.
TurboCut® straight oils are blended with only premium virgin base stocks providing consistent performance from batch to batch. Oils are available in viscosities ranging from 23-3300 SUS@ 100 F. The product line includes napthenic, paraffinic, synthetic, and vegetable oil base stocks. Versions include non-chlorinated, chlorinated, sulfated, and other extreme pressure additives.
